I’m totally sober from drugs and alcohol and have been since 2015. I attend regular meetings, in different rooms, with other awesome humans recovering in honesty and grace. I spent a solid decade piecing together different versions of abstinence with many relapses. I’m grateful I didn’t give up and stayed to experience a miracle.
One of the main ingredients with my current success of continuous sobriety (8 years in September 2023), is that I stay in community with other spiritual junkies and uncovering truth-tellers.
I learn, practice, begin again, meditate and help others. People often ask where they can join me for a meeting. Here are two online options both paid and free.
