My sobriety, abundant with spiritual solutions, has awakened a curious investigation I call my ‘uncovery.’

Through abstinence my recovery and uncovery has transformed into and offering of hope.

As an engaged member of Alcoholics Anonymous and Refuge Recovery I feel compelled to share my experience.

May you find wisdom and strength in meditation and refuge in recovery.

I believe everyone should sit next to a stream and listen. Often.

From recent travels I’ve been collecting audio recordings of creeks, streams, and rivers. I knew in my heart you’d love to meditate with me and experience the subtle music of flowing water.

The following audios are a series of guided meditations from the book, Refuge Recovery: A Buddhist Path To Recovering From Addiction.

I’ve recorded them to share with members of my ‘sober’ community for the benefit of their whole-hearted efforts on the courageous path of uncovery.

For those of you not in ‘formal recovery’ I’m certain you’ll find a layer of mindful awareness and skillful means.
