What we speak with our lips matters. For a long time I had to say eveything. Stigma, shame, and secrets deep inside were lethal. I birthed them to light in the presence of others. Which offered a path of healing, my invitation to belong.
Today I have a spirit filled and mindful practice, which supports many things I could say but choose not to. I marinate in silence on a canvas of awareness. And consistently choose to stay awake.
Notice what you speak. Be mindful about others. And get creative with the words you craft around your life and your body.
